Policies and Shipping Days:

Shipments are made every Monday via USPS carrier in the USA And Puerto Rico, if Monday is holiday we will ship next business day.

Moonstar Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery location.

Estimated delivery times may be affected for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Moonstar Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
- The customer is responsible, once has received their tracking number, to follow the package until they have received it.
Refund, Exchange and Return Policies:
Due to the perishable nature and safety risk of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, Moonstar Bakery does not accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for products affected by temperature during transport.
Every Sale are final.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with us, please be sure to make any cancellations or modifications at least 2 business day before the scheduled shipping date as once the preparation of your order has commenced no changes, modifications or cancellations can be made.
